American Travel Icon

The Outer Banks are like being on the edge of the world. Essentially nothing more than a sandbar off the mainland, it has become an American travel icon. With picturesque lighthouses, an abundance of wildlife, classic seaside towns and a stretch of sunny sand, North Carolina’s edge is the place to be on a sunny day. Best thing to do while on the Outer Banks? Watching the sun rise over the Atlantic.

Taking the Fire Out of City Life

Aren’t you glad city buildings are no longer made out of wood? Granted, historic fires like the Chicago fire that are capable of burning an entire metropolis really don’t happen anymore, but with the capability to now have a backyard campfire, who really needs public fires anymore? No, with steel buildings we can now all sleep soundly without worrying about some cow kicking over a lamp and setting the city ablaze.
