Diet pills seem to be the latest craze these days. I would like to think most people are smart enough to realize that you need to do more then just take a pill to lose weight and become healthier. Eating better and exercise are the two main ingredients of my diet pills and I know the side effects will actually benefit my body rather then giving me nasty diarrhea or make my eyes constantly water. But now that I think about it, the pills that give you the runs might be somewhat effective.
